How do you cope with stress from being a mother?

While motherhood is a blessing, there is no denying it can also be stressful at times. What are YOUR tips for coping with the stress that comes along with being a mom?

I'm lucky to have a wonderful husband that helps in the morning and at night with our GrandSON. I get a little break then. I also like to be in front of the computer. I do love my computer time.

I would love to hear yours.


  1. Yep, a little time on the computer or vegging with some tv is my best relaxer. I also like to read.

    And if I'm super lucky, I fill the bathtub to the brim, sprinkle in some bath salts, and lock the door!!

  2. Try to find me time. Do a vigorous walk watch a sad movie and cry. Let it out scream into a pillow.

    and know tomorrow is another day to start a new :)
